Everything was ok except our air conditioning didnt work after technician came to fix it started making ticking sound… ruined our night sleep they gave us an extra room to sleep in so we dont have to move our things in the middle of the night…. After we came back to our old room in the morning the ac was off again not functioning… also the bathroom was extremely small you have to walk on your side to get in

The butler accompanied us throughout the room and introduced the hotel room facilities in detail.
The view was great, there was a balcony facing the sea, the facilities were complete, and all the soft drinks and beers in the refrigerator were free, which was great.

The hotel is very good in the row by the sea. The room originally had a terrace to watch the sunset. The balcony door could not be locked (the door was not repaired by sending someone to the door. The balcony and other rooms were connected at night. It was not safe to lock), and then the hotel upgraded to a room with a sea view! Overall it is good

The hotel is very conveniently located. Not far from the beach, shops and the train station.
The staff is friendly and kind. They allowed us to leave food in the fridge at the reception and have dinner in the shared kitchen on the condition that we do not make a mess and wash the dishes after ourselves.
The room is a little shabby. But it is quite normal for sleeping. Wi-Fi works with a stretch. I connected to the Wi-Fi of the store nearby.
Not very noisy.

Its nice hotel with amazing location, but i think the problem is about app but not about hotel…. We booked room with 2 separated beds, which they didnt have. And they gave us 2 beds in horrible smocked room 🤢 later on we’ve booked different room, but they didnt give us 2 beds but gave 1 queen, which was too small for us….
