The rooms are fantastic, giving off a real resort vibe with a huge central swimming pool, complete with a diving area – absolutely perfect for families with kids. There's a Coles supermarket just a 250-meter stroll away, which stays open late, so you can easily grab all your groceries and essentials. Getting to Port of Airlie is a bit of a journey, but thankfully there's a direct shuttle bus right outside the entrance that gets you there in about 17 minutes. The only minor letdown was the air conditioning; even set to 18°C, it didn't feel particularly cold. However, visiting in early September, it was still quite bearable.

A great hotel with beautiful views and friendly staff. However, I had a strange issue with the bedding – the duvet cover came completely off overnight. Also, there was no daily room cleaning, and I definitely didn't hang the 'do not disturb' sign.

The comfortable room and satisfactory service, coupled with the fact that I extended my stay three times for a total of seven days, truly speaks volumes. The hotel offers a swimming pool, restaurant, gym, self-service laundry room, and a self-service microwave. Plus, complimentary fresh linens, coffee, drinks, and milk are readily available. It's truly the only resort-style hotel I've ever stayed at that I genuinely didn't want to leave.

The location is a bit far from city if u don’t have a car but can call 13cab to go somewhere. It’s surrounded by Coles and many restaurants. Also has a park nearby. Cleanliness is very good! Everything we need they already provided, it’s be great if they provide microwave and slippers too. I spent 2 nights, everything is totally awesome! I’d recommend to my friends for sure. Their service is 10/10 appreciated that

Having previously stayed at the Airline Beach Hotel, this time, with school holidays driving prices through the roof, I decided to give this place a try. First, the positives: While not directly on the main street, there's a bus stop right outside, and a Coles supermarket and a few restaurants are just a few hundred meters' walk away, which makes up for not being in the livelier main area. The staff were also very welcoming. The pool area is beautiful, and on sunny days, the water color is simply delightful. A few things to note: The rooms aren't large, so if room size is a major concern, keep that in mind. They have a rustic, holiday cottage style. One side of the room features a large glass panel, so those who value privacy will need to remember to draw the curtains. For environmental reasons, daily housekeeping isn't typically provided during your stay. If you need fresh towels or anything similar, you can just ask at the front desk.

Very nice hotel with interesting aesthetic. Rooms recently renovated in a nice coastal theme. Hot tub could do with some maintenance but overall pleasant stay. Would visit again if we ever came back to Airlie.

Essentially, it's a hostel. You need to pick up towels from the front desk daily, and there's no daily housekeeping.

The room was great, and the environment was pleasant. The breakfast selection was decent enough, but it was exactly the same for all four days I was there, which got a bit repetitive.

The room was quite spacious, and the air conditioning was nice and cold. As an Accor property, the front desk service was also good. The airport shuttle drops you off directly at the hotel, and the hotel's own restaurant also served delicious food.
