We are registered with the City of Canyon. The house is clean, bright and spacious with sky lights and lots of windows. The bedrooms are cozy and the kitchen is stocked with essentials. It has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room to keep the temperature comfortable. The house features two full bathrooms. The tub and shower area in the one of the bathrooms is separated by a door from the toilet and sink area and is accessible from the master bedroom and from the hallway. Near enough to campus to walk to games and events. Just a five minute drive to downtown Canyon, 15 minutes to Palo Duro Canyon and a 23 minute drive to downtown Amarillo. The house is in an isolated subdivision with easy access. The home has a rear-entry two-car garage. The backyard is private with a large covered brick patio.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:As a courtesy, we ask that you not eat or drink (except water) in the bedrooms..Gas grill, turn off the propane at the tank when you are finished cooking.

Home Away From Home
We return every year to this property. The house is clean and welcoming, with plenty of entertainment options. The owners are super attentive and provide good communication. It is conveniently located with easy access to the university, local dining and shopping, and is only 15 minutes away from the Palo Duro Canyon.

Delightful
Due to our home undergoing renovation, we need a place to stay for several weeks. We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The layout of the home worked so well for us, lots of natural light, convenient to town, WTAMU, the museum and to Palo Duro Canyon. As a bonus, delicious chocolate chip bread was waiting upon arrival!

Best place to stay for WT graduation
I loved this house! It was perfect for my family for my daughter's graduation from WTAMU. We walked to the auditorium! That sure beat the 20-30 minutes trying to navigate the parking lot.
The house is self is very cute and welcoming. It has everything you need and I love the floorplan.
I highly recommend this home.

Great location
We love staying here. It is perfect for our family coming from different directions to meet and celebrate family. Location is perfect to get to all things in Canyon and Amarillo.

Plenty of room for my family (6 adults). Loved the house layout! Host even left us a loaf of dessert bread for our arrival. Also there was plenty of cookware and even some condiments and coffee in the cupboard. The very best place we have stayed at. The price was less than hotel.
