Fully furnished kitchen. The space The whole inside of the house is accessible to you. The front porch, back patio, and yard. The BBQ and fire pit. The grey storage shed on the patio is for your use. Other things to note The garage and yellow shed are not for your use. The deer live in the neighborhood to. Enjoy them from a distance, but remember they are wild animals. I have no pets on the premises. If you see a cat it could be domesticated or feral. There is a pool at the club house. It is for residence only. Unfortunately you do not have access. Boat Ramp #8 is 1/2 mile away on Canyon Springs Dr. it is the last ramp to close on the lake due to drought. That does not happen often. A great water sport rental place is Canyon Lake Adventures located behind the Dairy Queen in Startzville. They can also arrange fishing trips and sunset cruises. There is horseback riding off 306 near Hancock. Reservations needed. Canyon Lake Gorge tours is an excellent interesting and historical tour. Reservations needed. Local history Museum and Dinosaur tracks. Tube rentals on 306. (There are also tubes in the gray shed on the back patio. You are responsible to bring them back and rinse them off.) A beach and Kayak rentals on Comal County Park a short drive away. Reservations can be made on line.
