Hotel Cima Rosetta, BW Signature Collection

For me it was a return and, compared to last year, there was an improvement (it was already excellent). The restaurant was truly top class, the SPA services were excellent, the assistance towards me and my clients (we were two different groups) was confirmed to be up to par. Excellent rooms, clean, with a beautiful view. Very central location and close to the ski lifts, near Fiera di Primiero, Tonadico, Passo Rolle. I would like to thank Mrs. Adelia, the director Francesco and Luca, three fundamental people for me and for the success of the holiday. I would like to thank Chiara, Michela, the entire reception and the Maitre with Teresa. I sincerely hope to be able to return again. Thank you.

Very nice property, excellent location, and good food. The rooms are large and spacious, although, in my opinion, they could use a makeover. It would seem like the usual excellent review if it weren't for... Let me start by saying that I booked with my club and I have a 12-year-old child. I was intrigued by the fact that *********** specifically states that the property doesn't accept children, specifically, "This property is for adults only, so your children wouldn't know where to sleep!" Out of curiosity, I asked the receptionist on duty for an explanation, and she explained her reasons with absurdities bordering on mockery (the children's pool in the spa must be supervised by an adult...). Added to this is a strange sign at the entrance prohibiting strollers, which are only allowed from the back where the cars are parked (it takes me back to the "black and white" era), and the location of the soap dispenser in the shower is out of reach for a child. Another episode: one morning we had an anniversary to celebrate, and since we were a group of families who had been denied a reservation and were therefore staying in another hotel, we bought a cake to eat it outside the hotel facing the street where there are tables and chairs. At reception I only asked for a knife to cut the cake. At a certain point I saw the receptionist rush over and I, stupidly, thought she was asking us if we needed plates and spoons, but instead she was just warning us to be careful with the candle so it didn't burn the table... like schoolchildren and in front of everyone... A shame about these lapses in style. Happy holidays to everyone G

through a sky voucher we booked a week in a b&b in this structure. Excellent choice. Very large deluxe room, always clean and well furnished. At breakfast nothing was missing except fresh seasonal fruit. The service included 3 excursions with alpine guides (a greeting to Luciano). The evening entertainment could be improved, the artist with the acoustic guitar was very good. Definitely recommended A

L'opzione più completa a S.Martino di Castrozza perché offre una posizione centralissima sulla via principale del paese, ha un ampio parcheggio e dispone di una bellissima area wellness interna ed esterna. Le camere sono molto belle e spaziose con arredamento recente in stile montano. Non abbiamo usufruito dei ristoranti quindi non saprei valutare. Reception cordiale e premurosa, colazione varia e ricca . Da segnalare le svariate tipologie di sauna, di cui una al fieno molto gradevole.
