This was a really great long weekend, with staff that have massive smiles and are helpful. This was very clean and I even got a cute tote bag and pen. Very very safe. Amazing coffee at the restaurant below. Stoked about this, will be back soon. Thank you

It was quiet small room

If you are looking for a property in the city center then this is it! My stay was comfortable however there were some things that missed the mark for me, in terms of aesthetics the furniture in the room was definitely a missed opportunity, the communal and living spaces were a vibe and it was definitely fun meeting other guests and hanging out in shared spaces.

Definitely coming back here soon

Was very pleased with the hotel. It was clean, and quiet. The AC worked and the location was very central. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ever since Covid and multiple hotel quarantines I have a bit of PTSD regarding hotels. At Neighbourgood I actually didn't experience that, slept well and was happy to be in the room.

Good hotel to stay in at Cape Town. If you are travelling alone, be careful with the surrounding area at night. It is not the safest area, but the hotel is great!

Excellent accommodation, the rooms are just like the photos, great room service, excellent wi-fi, efficient and friendly receptionists. Clean, spacious rooms, shared kitchen is large and has well-divided spaces for guests. The location is ok as it is central. While it's good, as it has everything around it, at night it becomes a little unsafe to walk around, especially alone women, it's also a little far from the beaches, but the uber/bolt is cheap.
