Our go to in Cape Town . From the greeting at the door from Oswell to check in with Abigail , just feels like coming home. The hotel is in a fantastic location just a short walk to the water front. The staff make you feel so welcome , the rooms are spotless clean and outstanding in every way . This was our second visit and was as good as first , so much so we have booked for next year already. Thankyou to the Queen Victoria and the team .

Spent two nights at this hotel and everything was perfect. The staff are amazing, the breakfast is great and the location is practically at the waterfront. Fortunately, I was able to get an early check in and the room was lovely (room 1206). Spotlessly clean with a large balcony overlooking the waterfront. I would definitely recommend this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

My mom and I stayed at the Queen Victoria Hotel twice in May, once for the initial leg of our trip, and twice when our flight back to the US was canceled, and we needed to spend an extra night in Cape Town. The hotel is located so close to the waterfront, and it's an easy walk across the street to all the stores, entertainment, and restaurants. Our rooms were extremely comfortable, and the food delicious - what made the hotel stand out was the staff, they really want to make sure that you are satisfied and have everything you need to make your stay as comfortable, enjoyable, and special, as possible. The bar and restaurant has a wonderful patio that overlooks Table Mountain, and we shared many a meal and drink there. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cape Town. Thank you to all the QV team!!

Wow what an amazing experience, best massage ever!! Destiny has healing hands and you can feel she is passionate about it. I received a warm welcome. The spa is beautiful, clean and smells amazing. I'm definitely coming back, with friends and family.

Beautiful hotel in every respect. Quiet but central to the lively Waterfront, and oasis of peace to return to. Stylish decor, large comfortable room with everything at the luxury level. The food was creative and breakfasts amazing. Staff were so very friendly, and nothing any problem ever. A very personalised experience throughout.

Friendly and helpful staff, a quick walk to waterfront area (check out Time Out Market for dinner and drinks) and nearby mall with ATMs and many stores in case you forgot something. Beautiful rooms and property, delicious breakfast, comfortable spacious rooms and great views!

WARNING : be very careful with your belongings. I suggest do not stay here. The cleaners stole 100$ from my fiances wallet in the room while we were out. We suspected this but didn’t want to accuse at first so we let it go. The next day, the cleaner stole another 100$ from my wallet. They also took a bite from the cookie from my aunts room and left the rest. Insane behavior from cleaning staff. Consider this a warning. Very very bad experience

Absolutely outstanding 60th birthday and 13th wedding anniversary location hosted by the staff of the Queen Victoria Hotel. For 2 years, my wife and I had planned our special celebrations and we could not have chosen a better location! All of the staff were warm, receptive, hospitable, and downright nice! The room furnishings were excellent, and tasteful. The room was spacious, quiet, quaint and overall romantic. The front desk employees, Tariq, Tobisa, Mohammad, Llewyn, were very professional. Lawrence and the other kitchen staff were a delightful treat. The spa area, where we had a most relaxing couples massage by Abigal, Destiny, Toolah was like an oasis in the desert. Everyone helped to make my 60th birthday a truly momentous occasion. I highly recommend Queen Victoria Hotel for your next Capetown journey. I will say, the bathroom does need to have safety grab bars and a shower chair to protect the guests from falling.
