Basic Front desk staff was super nice; the property is a bit run down, but definitely acceptable and everything worked. Front desk staff were super nice. Location of property was great and I appreciated the free/secure parking. My only real complaint is that they didn’t have a dispenser for filtered water, so we had to buy bottled water from a gas station.

Excellent apartment in a superb location. Ideally situated for fantastic restaurants with wonderful views from the apartment. Strongly recommended

The positives first - good friendly front desk staff who were helpful when approached. Poor cleaning in the bedrooms. We found a live cockroach on first night in our bedroom. The front desk individual came to the room and pulled back the bed to reveal baby dummies and a large amount of dirt - thank fully he cleaned this area and killed the cockroach. We complained about this event and an exterminator team were called in the next day. We expected to be compensated for this night but this was declined by the hotel's management: "It is with regret that a cockroach was found in the unit. We at the property immediately , as you are aware , called in Faried from Ecolab Pest Control the following morning to fumigate and inspect the apartment . He assured us that no infestation of any sort was evident and that these type of insect can fly in through the windows for example . It is by no means within our power to prevent flies , mosquitos or cockroaches from being evident in the environment but I assure you we will always do our outmost to attend to a reported incident" The reason for this vermin was the poor cleaning behind the bed! Good breakfast but VERY slow preparation. Took 1.5 hours every day. The hotel needs a generator as well to cope with load shedding - very surprised that a four star property doesn't have one.

Very friendly check in. Arrived early and they kept our luggage for us. When we arrived back after eating out our luggage was waiting for us in our apartment. Security was great and overall a very pleasant stay. Nazeem and Trymore were really helpful in the planing of our son's surprise visit, thanks, will be back
