The restaurant is the best part of the hotel. The food is amazing, friendly staff as well as amazing drink options.

This is an excellent place to stay, conveniently located in the vicinity of the beautiful waterfront.
Facilities are awesome, staff friendly, good restaurant, though we got to eat dinner only once. But the free breakfast was well stocked, with the staff and chef reaching out to make your special requirements (the best omlette I have had in many years).
Room wifi was good, rooms clean, spacy and comfortable.
One critical note: The shower in the room that I stayed had a transparent partition, which may not be good for certain type of travellers - should at least be translucent.

Awesome delicious food and outstanding service.Nosi was amazing. Beautiful venue and setting. So convenient and within easy access to the CTICC. Highly recommended and worthwhile. Will definitely be back soon and will always choose to come here.

Lovely clean rooms with fabulous staff and excellent location. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone to help out with the guests, Approximately 15 minutes from the V & A waterfront. Would recommend definitely,you won’t be disappointed,

All most everything was just a disaster from rooms to breakfast. TV was not switching on,cusions were torn, base cover was dirty,the tab was not closing,aircon was not working. the the stuff were friendly and welcoming. The property is being neglected and no maintenance seemed to have been made for a while.

Arrived to no one being at Reception. Then a glum looking staff arrived after a few minutes stating that we cannot check in because we were too early ( then why did they ask for time of arrival during booking). Plates were filthy and unhygienic at breakfast. Breakfast was below average. Ceylon tea at breakfast was unavailable yet the rooms had it. Drains were blocked in bathroom. Room was cleaned at 4pm on day 2 of stay. Would definitely not recommend this hotel .

Good location. Easy to get the boat on the canal to the V&A waterfront or walking along the canal is also a good option. Be mindful though that the gates on this canal walk shut at 8 (February 2024) Which we found out the hard way and got a little lost. Security on the streets were very good and walked us to our hotel. So we knew the correct way for the next evening!

The staff are very friendly, all of them, from security,reception,cleaners and restaurant staff. The rooms were clean and such a lovely fresh smell. Breakfast every morning was very delicious. We were very comfortable to leave our belongings in the room while staff came to clean the room. Thanks so much for having trustworthy staff. It is such a relief for us as guests.
