What an excellent venue and location. Great views over the valley and the hostess could not do enough to make our stay as comfortable and happy as possible. The rooms were excellent and the food was delicious. Our hostess even got up at 5am to serve us a full breakfast before the start of our event - High recommended !

What a stunning place! From driving in through the pear trees to arriving to the gorgeous grounds and spacious and comfortable accommodation, everything was perfect for us. Breakfast and the pool were other highlights. Mirna was the most wonderful host, so genuine and warm and full of great advice for the area and life in general! We will be back for sure.

As a family of 3, my daughter had a blast spending most of our time in the pool which is certainly the attraction at this location. We stayed for 2 nights in the self catering side of the manor which is separate to the main house but still close enough to walk to breakfast/pool/grounds. The host and her team are welcoming and friendly. The cottage itself however is in desperate need of some TLC. Three broken cupboard doors in kitchen (which seems to be a trend if you read the other reviews), a "decor" jug that seems to be housing some of natures finest insects and a rug in one room crying for a good scrub. Perhaps this was due to the long holidays and back to back bookings in the cottage. Overall we would return just for the views but will be more prepared ;-)

We had a wonderful two day stay at Tulbach Mountain Manor. The host is very helpful with suggestions for local attractions and our room was wonderful. The breakfasts were perfectly fine and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The view was an Amazing one. You look out on to orchards. And dams it was awesome. The staff is very friendly and the owner was a beautiful person. The people there are a family. But if you want to restore your energy and get some peace and quiet this is the place. Thank you guys at Tulbagh mountain manor you are very welcoming people. Lots of love Joan

What a beautiful setting and the views were amazing. We stayed in Lavendar Cottage and found it to be very comfortable accept for the aircon that was not working (which was a bit unpleasant after a very hot day and the cottage being quiet stuffy inside) and no fan to even help move the air around. The other amenities is amazing with a great sized swimming pool and lapa where we mingled with the other couples that was staying for the weekend. Would definitely return for another stay!

We had a wonderful time at the Tulbagh Mountain Manor, very nive views from the manor. Breakfast was more than we were able to eat. Tulbagh is worth a visit but als the surrounding is great for walking. Thank you for a wonderful time !

We had a wonderful one-night stay here as part of a road-trip through the Western Cape. Mirna treated us like gold and is such a wonderful personality. We'd highly recommend staying here when visiting the Tulbagh region.

Beautiful setting but disappointed with a room which could have been cleaner. Very uncomfortable bed and rather awkward steps down to a small bathroom. However Katrina was helpful in sorting out some other minor issues, and looked after us well with a good breakfast.
