This is a wonderful place to stay. Rooms fantastic, service from Anna and Valerie was also great - really helpful in terms of local area, places to eat and see. Food was good - breakfast was really great start to the day in the mountains. I'll be back next year. Would highly recommend.

This is a terrible hotel. They gave us a room knowing the rooms air conditioner was broken and when we complained they eventually gave us a suite. The bathroom sick was clogged. no Kleenex tissue. They have a shower gel that is used for hair, soap etc but no conditioner. The breakfast, if you can call it that is terrible. No eggs very meager display of cheese and ham no fruit The dinner was good but expensive Go anywhere else but here Some staff nice like shirley the waitress and carmen

Se fueron, cerraron el hotel y nos dejaron solos dentro. Sin previo aviso. Habíamos pagado de antemano. Situación surrealista y muy incómoda. Nadie respondía al único teléfono que teníamos. Tuvimos que improvisar y buscar en la cocina para desayunar restos de otros días. ¡Ah! Y con ruido discotequero por la noche. No caigan en el error de reservar en este hotel.

El apartamento es una auténtica vergüenza. En booking se publicita como apartamento de un dormitorio con "sofá-cama". El sofá cama resultó ser una colchoneta sucia puesta en el suelo sobre los cojines de un sofá pequeño, viejo y roto (adjunto fotos), y encima nos querían cobrar un suplemento por ponernos la dichosa colchoneta y tuve que pelear para que no lo cobraran. La higiene de las sábanas y de los utensilios de cocina brilla por su ausencia. La ducha es muy pequeña y la cortina se te pega al cuerpo cuando te estás duchando. La mitad de los enchufes no funciona. Solo hay un ventilador para todo el apartamento y hace muchísimo calor en verano. Por la noche abrí la ventana para que entrara algo de fresco, pero el apartamento da a una plaza y los dos días que estuvimos había gente haciendo botellón hasta el amanecer. Tenía reservada toda la semana y aguanté dos días por la grima que me estaba dando todo y por la imposibilidad de dormir. Ese dinero lo he perdido.

Nos encantó este hotel situado en Graus. Estuvimos un fin de semana muy agustos mi pareja y yo. Todo muy bien. La habitación muy acogedora y el personal muy simpatico y atento. Disfrutamos mucho la cena, estaba todo riquisimo. Recomiendo este sitio.

Lo recomiendo. Trato excelente por parte del personal, vistas espectaculares desde cualquier estancia, el hotel precioso , todo de piedra y madera. Muy elegante y un precio accesible. Las mascotas son bienvenidas.

Très déçu pas à la hauteur de la description .. clim en panne dans toutes les chambres et pas de parking Sur notre trip de 12 jours c est notre première soirée pas terrible !!!bien sur pas moyen de faire autrement quand on arrive à 19h ..reste à découvrir le petit dej!!!
