This place is a MUST if you are visiting Cordoba, Argentina. Great amenities, amazing views, the staff is very professional and friendly. The place is exactly like the pics, if not better! Worth every penny!

Beautiful place, unfortunately is not well maintained. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00pm, we got the room at around 5:00pm, only to not be able to get into the room because ‘they run out of magnetic keys’. We were given a metal key… the wrong key (different room) once we got the correct one and got to the room, the lock is covered by a plate, needless to say you can’t remove the plate. It’s been 40 minutes. We called many times they still didn’t send anyone to help us. Sad, embarrassing.

Excelente servicio y hospitalidad. El personal de recepción, SPA y restaurantes es muy amable y atento a cada detalle y necesidad del huésped. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y bien equipadas. Se destaca la pileta y una vista preciosa de las sierras.

La verdad es q para ser un hotel 5 estrellas , la atención el servicio , la comida , y la disposición de la gente , fue pésima , la pileta estaba sucia , en las habitaciones no había nadas de los amenities q un hotel 5 estrellas requiere , nos cobraron por traer a la habitación un plato , el Desayuno no tiene opción sin tac y es de muy baja calidad , además el Servicio en la mesa era inexistente , casi todo el personal atendiendo de muy mala gana , la verdad me sorprende muchísimo …. Siendo tan lindo hotel en tan lindo lugar

Condominios divinos, lugar increíble, el grupo de recreación excelente con actividades en todo el predio, la mejor opción en familia, seguro, no es necesario salir del lugar, la vista a las montañas desde los condominios es soñado, recomiendo cualquier época del año

Reserve la suite vip. La peor relación precio-calidad de una suite que visite. Para el precio que pagué tuve los siguientes inconvenientes: 1 - El día de lluvia, goteaba desde la escalera. El piso muy mojado (alfombrado), no se podía caminar. Filtraba agua del techo de la pieza. 2 - La puerta de la ducha no cerraba herméticamente, por ende cuando salías estaba totalmente inundado el piso. 3 - Había hormigas en la cama durante toda la estadía (4 días). Instalaciones poco desarrolladas en general. Playroom sin pocas opciones para niños. La suite podría tener una TV más. El lugar donde está ubicado es hermoso, el personal fue muy atento con nosotros. Los menú de los restaurantes eran muy buenos. Mi recomendación es por ahora, hasta que no mejoren, no gastar en esa suite, pasar pocos días y disfrutar del entorno, sabiendo que todavía necesitan mejorar muchas cosas.

Estuvimos en familia en febrero. Es un hotel que no merece las estrellas que tiene. El entorno es bellísimo, la pileta muy buena, el lobby cómodo y confitería y resto muy agradables aunque la comida del resto regular, no así el desayuno que es excelente. Respecto a las habitaciones son similares a hoteles tres estrellas no más de cuatro. Un hijo se hospedó en la suite que se llovía y con humedad. Mi experiencia en la junior desastrosa la ducha se inundaba por lo que solicitamos un cambio de habitación. La atención merece párrafo aparte, Luciano súper amable solucionó enseguida nuestro malestar por la ducha. No así el check out donde dos señoritas nos dejaron plantados mientras nos atendían ante la llegada de otros huéspedes , sorprendidos ante tal actitud nos dimos cuenta que para ellas es normal faltarle el respeto a la gente. En fin no es para repetir.
