Excellent accommodation to relax and start your visits on the magic Como Lake. Comfortable for a couple, a family with 2 children or 2 couples of friends; A double bed and a French sofa bed, with full linen for both, are at your full disposal. Check-In available either in person or in Self Check-In mode. THE PLACE The property is located in a typical stone house on the lake with just two families. My property is divided between the second and third (last) floor. The apartment, on the second floor, consists of: - Bedroom - Room with sofa bed and open kitchen - Bathroom with shower On the third floor you access the private terrace, which offers a wonderful view of Lake Como. It's exclusive use & private access only to the guests. At guests' disposal, to make the most of the terrace, a table with chairs and two sunbeds. THE HOST For any need I am always reachable, just choose the way that is most convenient for you. Durante the day (9 am - 18 pm) it's better to use Whatsapp text or call. THE AREA Carate Urio is a historic town on Lake Como that traces its origins back to Roman times. The typical stone houses built between the hills and the lake, make Carate Urio one of the most characteristic villages of the first basin of Lake Como. The calm that reigns in this house will amaze you, you will experience the authenticity of the lake during the day and will fall asleep with the relaxing sound of the waves in the evening. The most famous places on the lake are just a few minutes away, Como with its restaurants and clubs (12 Min), Cernobbio and its famous Villa D'Este (7 Min), Laglio and Clooney’s Villa Oleandrea (2 Min) and then Lugano and Milan are just 45-60 minutes away.
