Het hotel is heel netjes, helaas was de airco op de kamer defect, ramen kunnen niet open. De zon staat de hele dag op die kamer en had men de gordijnen ook open gelaten. De temperatuur in de kamer was dus niet te harden en helpt niet voor een goede nachtrust. Helaas was er ook geen andere kamer mogelijk, hoewel het hotel zo te zie niet vol zat.
Om deze reden ben ik onte vreden over de service en facititeiten.

Lovely big room and good value. Great breakfast and good evening meal. The only reason for the deduction is the lack of hot water in the final morning of our stay. I know this was unavoidable but not what you expect when you've paid for your stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Premier Inn Cardiff North. The rooms are nice and very comfortable, it has easy parking and a great ground floor area with a restaurant etc. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Went to this venue and 10/10 service Naz went above and beyond to help us this guy is amazing at his job exceptional customer service Everything we needed he was on hand to help this guy deserves a pay rise amazing guy and made us all feel welcome

I met a friend for dinner and the restaurant was lovely, we had great service from Sam who was very attentive. 10/10 service! Nothing was too much trouble. The food is always well presented, tasty and good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

A little gem of a restaurant/bar hidden away at the Premier Inn Cardiff North! Lovely atmosphere and food as well as friendly, attentive staff. Sam (duty manager) was particularly helpful. Definitely worth a visit, whether having an overnight stay or just an evening out!

The good thing about Premier Inn is you can rely on its quality and Cardiff North did not disappoint. The bed and pillows were comfy, the air conditioning was easy to adjust, the toiletries were good quality and the coffee machine and Green and Blacks chocolates in the room made it feel special. Upgrading to a Premier Plus is worth it!

Wonderful and helpful reception from Lian who made us feel quite at home and comfortable. The room was very clean, smart and quiet The greeting from Sam at breakfast was warm and informative as to the choices Well cooked breakfast All in all a pleasant stay thank you
