Older style motel, older fittings, but clean with good inclusions. Leaking toilet disturbed our sleep

Michael greeted me so warmly and made a great first impression. The room has lovely decor and bed comfortable. Quiet location despite being on main road. Bathroom basic yet workable. I would stay again

A microwave in room would be helpful.
An extra blanket in cupboard- cold .
Good location, Supermarket across street. Great for walking along beach path.

Very friendly staff, nice restaurant and food. Being on the main road it was a noisy from 2am onwards with all the large trucks passing through, although I am a light sleeper and possibly a room that is behind the restaurant or bottle shop may be quieter too. No information on the wifi in the room I had to go back out to ask that information. IGA across the road made it handy for alternative food options. The room was very clean and tidy.

Very old , very basic .The fridge was dirty . The rooms need a complete make over .
Yes I said something about the fridge and then it got cleaned but I shouldn’t have to say anything .

Accommodation in Cardwell that is good value for money and won’t break the bank, just a bit tricky to find but a prompt call to property manager showed us the way
