The hotel is very well located only 5 mins walk from the main line railway station. The rooms were clean, spacious and the design allowed a lot of natural light. The staff were friendly and efficient, the bar prices were reasonable and the breakfast very good indeed. A lot of work has obviously been put into making this a very welcoming environment.
This was a short family break and we will definitely return again next year.

第一次住到這麼好的酒店，因為愛丁堡沒想象的好玩，所以少住了一天來到卡萊爾，沒想到遇到這麼有家的感覺的酒店，如果你是一家四口來歐洲除非你訂兩個房間，否則房間小的你無法想象，這裏衹要訂一個套房，跟家裡一樣，廚房什麼的都有！當晚就去買了食材來做了！

Would stay again.
Friendly and welcoming staff, lovely studios which are well maintained and decorated perfectly with everything you need, property is in a fantastic location in the centre of town and the property has a restaurant with good quality good which is presented well.
Loved the crumpets/butter jam in the studio for breakfast, it was a lovely touch.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. My room for one person was spacious and comfortably. . I loved the small kitchen and the crumpets and jam !
The only minus point was there was no airco and the room was very warm even with the 2 fans that were provided on full.

Lovely place. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The on-site restaurants are both fantastic and you got a free drink in the on-site restaurant if you booked a meal and in the apartment you got complimentary crumpets butter and milk which was very helpful

Great location within a short walk from the train station. Spacious clean suites. Friendly staff. Wonderful spot to explore Carlisle or to use as a base for exploring Hadrian's Wall.
