You have everything you need to cook or grill out with inside and patio dining. If you love coffee, you can make it by the pot with Mr. Coffee or use the Keurig coffee maker. You'll be able to clean your own laundry with the provided front loading washer and dryer. We offer super fast internet with 300mb wifi.
In the living room you have a large screen TV with leather seating for 6 and an optional sofa bed. Every bed room has an available television with Hulu with Live Cable TV and Disney+. They are all Roku TVs so you can also use your own apps. Nice House
Nice modern house. Its a bit of a drive to Carlsbad Caverns but not too far. Worked good for us.

We liked the house and it was a great location to stay while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks.!

Carlsbad Vacation
With exception of a couple of glitches, this would have been a 5 star rating. The emailed code for entry wasn't correct, but a call to owner solved that quickly. The house was clean and pictures are accurate. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. The patio had not been cleaned, and last tenant had left several bottle caps, cigarette butts and paper laying around. They had also used the grill but didn't clean it after use. The patio lights required an extension cord, but wasn't provided. There was a Lowe's just down the road so that was an easy solve as well. If ever back in the area, we would book this house again!!
