It was a good place to stay, including facilities and room condition. I used it on a business trip, but it would also be good to use with family or friends. I will visit again later.

Standard self-serve daily breakfast; staff kept the areas stocked and clean. Susan was proactively helpful to my husband when she saw his hands full (offered him to-go boxes and a tray) and was super friendly! Front desk staff was always available when needed. The digital key option is convenient, but be aware it obviously wonโt work if you spend all day at Legoland and your phone battery dies (the reason we needed the front desk after midnight)! The outdoor pool is heated, however, we didnโt have time to swim.
Overall, very clean and friendly place to stay!

Breakfast area is a little tight. Suggestion. Move the oatmeal away from the corner ( too crowded) and next to the cold cereal area. Food is good.

Overall our stay was pleasant. Easy check in, clean room. We did not have tissue paper in our bathroom and conditioner bottle empty. It was nice to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower. No need to bring any. Immediately brought conditioner and tissue box promptly. Low water pressure but very hot water. Have iron and ironing board as well. Clean sheets. Pillows were very soft to where i needed 3 to prop my head up.
Walls are paper thin. We were on second floor and guests on our left side and above us very loud. Given it was New Years Eve, otger guests should be considerate children ate sleeping by 10 pm. This went on until 1 am.
Breakfast was excellent. Great assortment of breakfast items. Food was hot. Waffle station, fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, toast, oatmeal, toppings, coffee, tea, juices, milk, eggs, omelets, sausage patties, potatoes, and yogurt. Staff was very nice.
Pool clean. The hot tub was not hot. Spoke with maintenance guy and only made it lukewarm. It was ok since we weren't there for long. Very small pool towels so bring your own. Plenty of seating areas around pool. Lots of parking spaces available. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
