We had a great time! Embassy Suites is a great hotel very close to the airport and Old San Juan. The suites are clean and spacious. The employees are really friendly and the ****** is great. ***********. Elizet Ortiz, the Assistant Manager for the ******. She is the greatest asset this hotel has!

The service was slow when it came to getting items. Also they dont do laundry daily. It was a basic hotel.

I got here late from airport because my flight was delayed so I didn’t even get to check into the hotel until Sunday 4/25 around 3 or 4am. I noticed the room has a view, but the windows don’t even open and when I went to the front desk to see if there were any rooms with balconies, they stated they had 0. It’s just frustrating that I wanted this trip to be perfect as a graduation gift to myself and I’ve literally gotten terrible service. A few minutes ago I went down to try and use the pool and I was refused. I had to ask an individual I seen leave the pool how he was able to get in. He stated, he showed his reservation and wristband And was automatically allowed in. I had to go up 7 floors, then all the way back down with the wristbands, and once I tried to ask for entry into the pool, I was refused and told to come back at 12:30pm. At that point I wanted to just book a different room but the receptionist stated I needed to contact the company I booked the room through in order for further assistance. Before I even went to him, I contacted trip.com and was advised to contact the hotel. I’ve literally been getting the run around.

What an amazing stay every one was extremely nice and helpful and I believe almost every one who worked there spoke English just a short walk to the beach , restaurants , shops definitely would be staying here again !!

The staff was amazing and help me to surprise my husband for our anniversary. The hotel is very clean and all the food in all the restaurant was awesome. I would highly recommend staying here.
