Be careful if there are other people or private pool you do not have access to the pool and in addition the owner is a thief. I ask you to be careful there are other very good accommodations nearby because here you can ruin your vacation Je vous déconseille cette endroit

Dear Riccardo It was a pleasure to meet you. You were able to tell us so much about your country, San Marino. We liked your house very much. The garden with the swimming pools is great and the view of San Marino from there is magnificent. The house is very comfortable. Nearby there are two traditional restaurants. In summer Riccardo organises barbecues in the garden. By car you can reach San Marino in 10 minutes. The area is famous for cycling, walking, horse riding and skiing in winter. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to check all this out. We wish Riccardo all the best with this Bed and Breakfast and hope that many people who love the countryside will find their way to this beautiful place.

Ottima accoglienza per B&B immerso nella natura a pochi chilometri da San Marino, e da tutto il Montefeltro. Grande disponibilità, cortesia e simpatia da parte del Sig. Riccardo. Ambienti grandi e puliti, colazione perfetta. Vista panoramica su San Marino e possibilità di mangiare buoni piatti nei vicinissimi ristoranti di Montegrimano Terme e Montellicciano (PU). Ci torneremo.

Il tutto curato nei minimi particolari,una stanza pulita e ordinata,con parquet nella camera e yacuzzi in un bagno spazioso e igienizzato,vista invidiabile,un padrone di casa gentilissimo e più che disponibile ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Che dire, è già stato tutto detto nelle altre recensioni e noi non possiamo che confermare l eccellenza di questo b&b. Grazie Riccardo!!

Abitazione molto spaziosa e ben tenuta, lontano dal caos del città è ideale per chi cerca un po’ di pace e tranquillità per fare delle passeggiate a piedi tra pinete e vallate oppure per delle escursioni a cavallo tra montagne e ampi prati. Noi abbiamo prenotato attraverso il B&B una passeggiata a cavallo e ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per quanto riguarda l’organizzazione che per la bravura della guida che ci ha accompagnati. Il padrone di casa oltre ad essere simpaticissimo è anche super disponibile a qualsiasi ora, ottimo anche come cuoco viste le deliziose colazioni preparate al momento! Bravissimo nel mettere a proprio agio i clienti e con cui scambiare due chiacchiere!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B in tre per una sola notte (purtroppo), ma l'esperienza è stata molto piacevole. La casa si trova a pochi chilometri da San Marino ed è immersa nel verde. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli. La nostra, in particolare, aveva una vista fantastica. Il bagno (a nostro uso esclusivo) era adiacente alla camera e dotato di jacuzzi. La colazione decisamente abbondante e molto buona. Inoltre la gentilezza del padrone di casa ci ha messi da subito a nostro agio. Unico rammarico è quello di non essere riusciti a provare le piscine (ancora in costruzione!). Motivo in più per ritornarci!
