I think this Hotel is a good one for people who aren’t very picky when it comes to food. As a picky eater with Celiac disease I think the food is ok but there wasn’t much choice and also the meals came sometimes cold and they aren’t big portions. The evening antipasti buffet was good also for gluten free people, apart from one evening where the whole antipasti buffet was fish based only. Everything is labelled well if it’s gluten free or not. The desserts are 10/10. Our waiter Giuseppe was great, really nice and very helpful. Bar service before dinner was very very slow. The rooms are big and there is a lot of space. One thing that you have to know before coming here is you have to pay additionally for a lot of things. Like if you want a dry pool towel ( which they give you only one per day) you have to pay 2 Euros. Also the bikes per hour you have to pay 1 Euro. The pools are the perfect temperature, very nice and big. Shower in the room is big and really good. Also a side information “ go to visit Venice”!!

At check-in staff did not tell me about the promotions for the Spa so I ended up paying full price. Also, if you do not eat breakfast or dinner there they still charge you for the meals. I don’t think that is fair and it makes me feel that they are taking advantage of the tourist. Overall it was a nice Hotel. I have to say that we met some great staff by the names of Leggie who works in the dining area and Eugene who was the bar tender. They were awesome and made our experience more enjoyable.

The best part is multiple pools and spa areas. Reception desk people are extremely nice and helpfull. Very good service.

My husband and I visited Mioni Pezzato & SPA for 3 nights in May, 2025. We stayed in a suite. It was a nice size room with all amenities. I took the advantage to book a couple of beauty treatments in SPA with Ciara. I appreciate very much the level of Ciara's professionalism. The stay was very enjoyable. We definitely will be back. USA

Excellent hotel, well maintained, clean, beautiful, with a ton of greenery and flowers everywhere. The personnel is exceptionally attentive, caring, highly qualified and polite. Excellent care overall. I am very happy with the medical treatments I received, and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone considering spa vacations. My personal gratitude to Anastasia, who was handling mud procedures, for her caring attitude and high professionalism.

We have been here twice and had a great time there. But this time was disappointing. We did not get the room we asked for and in the room we did get, we had water on the floor because the curtains were dripping. The people at the reception were unfriendly and we left early the next day. Now we struggle to get our money back because we had to pay for 5 nights.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this beautiful spa hotel — no surprise, as it was our fourth time here, and we’re already looking forward to the next! This time we stayed in the newly renovated Gardenia room, and it was perfect — elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail added to the sense of relaxation and luxury. The spa treatments were incredible as always, and we were especially grateful to Valentina, the spa manager, who was so kind and patient with us. Her warm and professional approach made our experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you also to Sergei at the restaurant, who went out of his way to accommodate our request to sit near friends — it made our meals even more special. This place is a true haven of comfort, care, and consistency. We keep coming back for a reason — and we’ll be back again!
