Easy to find just on the outskirts of Carrick on Shannon. The room was spotless. The beds were so comfortable. Loved the dining room, lots of choice of cereal and juices. Breakfast was freshly cooked and good portions and quality. The gluten free toast was one of the better breads I've tasted. Thank you Charlotte highly recommend. Definitely stay again.

Lovely friendly place to stay just on the outskirts of town. Rooms were very comfy, spotlessly clean, plenty of towels etc.. Extensive breakfast menu to suit all tastes, the coffee was freshly brewed with endless top ups.. our only regret was we hadn't booked a longer stay as the town of Carrick on Shannon is beautiful.

Comfortable place to stay and use as a base in Carrick on Shannon. Good breakfast menu. 25 minute walk into town. ALDI just down the road and other retail parks along the route into town. Lots of good pubs with live music in Carrick. Large en suite room (117). Television with HDMI port so we were able to use our Amazon Fire TV stick with the free wifi. Great friendly service.

Gorgeous guest house, clean, comfortable,welcoming host, fabulous breakfast and reasonably priced. Stayed two nights for family celebration in town. Within walking distance if you're feeling fit. Will highly recommend

This Ashleigh house b&b is fast becoming my favourite b&b in the country,it is the warmest welcome you will ever receive from a beautiful host Charlotte,gorgeous comfortable house,lovely rooms, you wouldn’t even hear the cars on the road,it’s the only place I get a good nights sleep,Sean and the lady at breakfast are a joy to wake up to,the breakfast is delicious so fresh,I do look forward to it,a little gem of a place,stayed here a few times now and can’t wait for the next stay,prices are so reasonable for the 5 star experience,thanks Charlotte and team for such lovely relaxing stays

Our room was not available when we arrived because of a water leak. We were offered another guest house nearby or a house in the town. We chose the house, it was perfect. They drove us up and collect us the next morning for breakfast. We were really looked after and I would highly recommend this accommodation. Will definitely stay there again, when we are travelling around that area.

Stayed here in July with my wife and 2 children. We were in Carrick for a wedding and we stayed 3 night Upon arrival we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome and this continued throughout our stay, we were even given a lift into town on the wedding day. The rooms are large and comfortable, very clean and looked after We had breakfast each morning which was also very good If you are looking for somewhere to stay we a more personal feel than a hotel this is the place Thank you for such a great stay

Lovely stay,it was superbly decorated and very clean. A comfortable bed with cotton bed linen is a must for a good night's sleep. Good shower, and nicely cooked breakfast, tv in room also. Host was a lovely lady. House was very close to everything. Highly recommend

Myself and my mum had a great experience at this guest house. The owners were great with my mum who is visually impaired. The owners put us in a house for the night as my mum couldn't manage the stairs in the guest house. They also picked us up in the morning for breakfast. Breakfast was lovely. Guest house in a perfect location. Could not fault this guest house at all. Would highly recommend to anybody. The owners go above and beyond.
