Great apartment. Hardly any facilities in the kitchen. Pans don't fit on the stove, no kitchen knife, no glassware, no cutting board, to give a few examples. Nice base for Syracuse and the surrounding area. If you want to eat out, that's fine. Breakfast is sparse and Italian (lots of sweets). Swimming pool very nice, close to the beach.

A residence immersed in nature for those seeking relaxation: a truly positive experience, highly recommended! 1) The kindness, courtesy, and competence of the owners and all the staff: reception, lifeguards, housekeeping, and waiters. 2) The food was beyond delicious (we tried a wide variety from the extensive menu). 3) Super pet-friendly; we brought our dog, who was allowed in all areas of the residence, including the poolside and restaurant. 4) The room was cleaned daily. Highly recommended for anyone seeking relaxation!

We spent a weekend in this enchanting place. The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, from the gardens to the common areas. The pool is large and stunning. The rooms are spacious, bright, and equipped with every comfort. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the lake, and the view at sunset is stunning. The staff was very kind and friendly, and the food was equally excellent, especially the pizza! My only complaint is that the beach isn't affiliated with the resort. For families with small children, it's a bit inconvenient to go to the free beach without the comfort of a lounger or deckchair. Although the residence offers umbrella rentals to take to the beach. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back. 👍🏻

We had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful, with immaculately maintained greenery, spotless (and really spotless) rooms, and a fantastic pool. Relaxation reigns supreme everywhere. The staff is always kind, smiling, and welcoming... in short, you immediately feel at home. I personally had a problem with the bedroom: there were only double white curtains that let in a lot of light, and I couldn't sleep well. But I must say they took action right away, and on the second day the housekeeper got to work and fixed it for me. She's truly kind and helpful! The food is delicious: the fish is fresh, the pizza excellent. The only thing is that the restaurant could be a little more attentive with the orders... sometimes there's a wait or they forget something, but they always have a smile, so you forgive them in the end. Another little tip: in the evening it would be nice to have some music, perhaps live, or some other nice activity for the guests. Because during and after dinner, aside from the restaurant, there's little to nothing to do. With a little more entertainment, it would be top notch. In short, 4 stars because the place is already top-notch, but there's still room for improvement and excellence. We'd love to return and highly recommend it to everyone!
