Quite painful... they don't accept guests outside the one person you registered when checking in. It's then impossible to add a new guest or change the name of the guest you're welcoming. We've tried everything, they didn't want to accommodate anything. This is super painful if you just want to have fun and a good time going out. In addition, the streets are super noisy and the walls are very thin, which makes it almost impossible to sleep in after 8am.
Apart from that, the staff is friendly, the place is well located, and beds are fantastic. But, all things considered, our overall experience wasn't great.

Excelente opción para disfrutar de Cartagena
El hotel está muy bien. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo entre Getsemaní y el centro histórico, lo que permite recorrer Cartagena a pie cómodamente. Además, hay muchas opciones de restauración muy cerca. La decoración está muy cuidada y crea un ambiente acogedor en el que te sientes realmente cómodo. El personal merece una mención especial: siempre atentos, amables y con una respuesta rápida ante cualquier necesidad. Es un hotel moderno, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. ¡Muy recomendable!

位置絕佳 老城外步行兩三分鐘。服務好 熱情友善。但是淋浴房巨小 衹有頂上的花灑 洗澡就必須洗頭 也沒有浴帽…而且洗澡水很燙 一直調小調大…心累。早餐不錯。

Very good place to stay when you decide to go to Cartagena. Clean, good staff, the breakfast that is included is very good. Walkable, everything in the area is close. We didn't need to use an Uber or Taxi to get to the placed we wanted to see.

Arriving at the hotel we became a little worried because the area outside was not the best looking. But once inside the staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was very clean and up to date. My room was just right and I had a balcony that overlooked the street. There wasn’t much to look at but it was good for when I just wanted to step out and get some air or some sun. The gym was small but it got the job done. The restaurant was perfecto. The food was really really good everything I ordered was delicious. Now for the not so good things. The hotel has a no visitor policy so no friends of any sort can enter the hotel with you. It kind of felt like a dorm room😂 but the upside to that is that you are allowed to add your companion to your room before you come to check in so I had no issues whenever my friend came to visit. The staff is totally loyal to this policy and I amend them all because they were offered absurd amounts of money and they stayed true to their policy😂. All and all I really enjoyed my stay. If you are single and like to mingle when you vacation it’s not the place for you.

It was a nice property but it felt like I was living with my parents I understand them wanting to be safe and protect those who stay in the property but I feel you should be able to bring guess into the hotel which you paid to stay in. Other than that nice food and service I believe the young ladies name is Maria she was very nice and helpful.
