Hotel Capilla del Mar

Swimming pool is not accessible (that should be part of hotel information). We asked for one hour additional for check out, front staff provided poor excuses not to give the additional hour. Staff who cleaned the room were excellent friendly and professional. Restaurant was good.

Was initially taken back by being placed in a windowless room but the hotel did a wonderful job of moving us to a room with a window/balcony upon our request. They were initially going to charge us for this request but after pointing out that the lack of windows was not advertised at the time of booking, they upgraded us for free which we really appreciated. My husband also forgot his headphones in the room and they were wonderful about helping to ship is back to the US. Overall, really appreciate their responsiveness and flexibility.

Prices for food are different. They have two menus. One for locals and one for foreigners. The staff is not foreigner friendly. The rooms are dirty and not maintained. I’m a member of this hotel chain and this particular location is absolutely disgusting

Super friendly staff! They helped my mom all the time and even helped me to celebrate her birthday ! Excellent service :)

Overall clean room, breakfast buffet had a good assortment of food. Room had a balcony overlooking the beach, only issue was the construction going on directly below on the beach.

Staff did a great job beautiful lobby. Breakfast was OK. My room was great beautiful view. The sink in the bathroom was leaking. Looks like it leaks all the time. I don’t think they will ever fix it. It was hard to get the shower to balance the hot and cold water you either got very hot or got very cold. The pool was just OK not as good as the picture looks.
