Everything was quite good except for cleanliness. They don’t vacuum or mop the floor. When I first checked in, the table had spilled drinks and the couch was full of crumbs and I just cleaned it myself.

Stayed at this hotel with my family. The pool is amazing, and has a bar right next to it. We decided to pay for the breakfast, and I think it was worth it.

Great hotel in perfect location with wonderful pool. The corner suite was fabulous, like a one-bedroom apartment. 1.5 baths! All that was missing was a kitchenette to make it a home. Staff were great. Special mention for Jesús the waiter. It would be my first choice for Bocagrande accommodation on a future visit.

A luxurious stay with incredible views The InterContinental Cartagena offers every comfort. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and very clean, with carpeting and an incredibly comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel is designed for events, with a huge ballroom and modern meeting rooms. It's clear they pay attention to every detail regarding safety. The best part: the views from the upper floors overlooking the beaches and the stunning pool. The restaurant is excellent, and the service is impeccable. One detail I loved was the Bluetooth speaker in the room for playing music from my phone, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
