Decent hotel for the price had to change my room cause my shower was spraying everywhere but when I brought it to their attention they switched me no problem

One guy at the front desk was awesome !
When I checked out I asked if everything was good they said yes and closed out my bill
As I was getting into my uber they stopped me as they said I didn’t pay for a cup of coffee ..
They demanded I check with my bank to prove i paid for a cup of coffee ..
I showed them my bank charge and they released me ..

Great budget hotel located near some beach areas. Also just a 25 minute walk from old colonial area. Good value for price. Really comfortable.

The hotel located next to the beach that is great location. The rooms are small but nice, unfortunately The rooms aren’t maintained well. The floor was broken and the shower faucet wasn’t broken. Not per ibis standards. The stuff is friendly. Keep in mind that there is a lot of traffic noise all times of the day and night. Request higher floor if you stay with the view to the ocean. Check your room upfront as if you want to replace the room they do it only after 3pm.

El restaurante dijo que nos podía llevar el pedido a la habitación si lo dejábamos pagado, lo hicimos y al ver que no subían dijeron que teníamos que recoger la comida, que ellos no llevan a la habitación
