Front desk staff was great, my rating for staff is for the manager who tried to tell me he didnt have any bath tub stoppers. The first room i was given was dirty the floor had crumbs everywhere, the lights were flickering non stop, and bath tub stopper was missing.I went to the front desk and asked for a new room which the ladybwas very helpful and gave me a new room.I go and take my items to the new room and try to relax and take a bath and the bath tub stopper was missing from the second room as well, so I go back to the front desk and now the manager is there I tell him both of the rooms dont have the stoppers and he told me unfortunately we are out and dont have anymore. I couldn't belive he would tell a fib like that so I gave him a little push back and he then told me to wait at the counter and went and took a stopper from another room which was too small and didnt even fit my bathtub in my room.
