Hampton Inn Omaha Airport

I reserved a room with a king bed and pull out sofa bed. When we entered the room, there were dirty towels on the floor and thw bed wasn't made. Went down to tell the attendant. She was super-rude...didn’t even check the reservation. I went back upstairs and into the second room-only had a king bed. Went downstairs again. The attendant was equally rude and said there wasn't a king with sofa bed available. We had to settle for 2 queens. Well, if I wanted 2 queens, i would have stayed somewhere else. Also, the website didn’t specify that parking cost $10 per day. That was the only other reason we stayed--free parking & shuttle. Hampton won't be getting my business again.

They did NOT provide shuttle service as they say they do at 10:30pm. This is now the 2nd time this has happened. The first time it was -21°, I was traveling alone, the Holiday Inn and other hotel shuttle gave me a ride to Hampton. Their phone recording said the phone was out of order. Clearlt a hoax. Wehad to pay for an Uber to take us there. The room had no paper glasses or cups for coffee.

Great place to stay before or after a flight. There is a fee to park long term, but the airport shuttle is free.

Room was not fully cleaned. Good in the fridge from previous guest. Hair on walls of shower. Reserved room for 3 people and only towels in there for 2 people. Peloton bike not connected to the internet. Missing weights in the weights sets. Unable to check in because of reservation process only allowing for one name to be entered instead of 2 like previously.

Staff was attentive and professional but still personable. Room was clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered parking and an airport shuttle, which was a pleasant surprise. We were very happy with our stay.

Our stay was short but enjoyable. The staff was nice and professional. The room was very clean. My only concern was that I need saw someone at the front reception desk during our stay, which seemed odd. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to stay while in Omaha or surrounding areas.
