Unfriendly and untrained reception staff, similar to those in the restaurant area, with the restaurant even being closed at lunchtime one day due to a lack of staff. The hotel has a good location, but falls short due to the poor quality of the service provided.

The location is beautiful, the hotel is located on the calm and warm seafront.
The welcome was good, and the staff was very attentive.
Small drawbacks: the sauna was closed, the steam room was closed, the jacuzzi was closed, the Italian restaurant was closed, and the elevator was faulty (one of the three was working).

Check-in was very slow. I understand that sometimes it's normal due to the volume of people, but I noticed it was a lack of coordination. 5 stars for having the restaurant. It made all the difference. Thank you. Good food.

Amazing hotel, everything was perfect!
Cleanliness, top-notch pools, and even though check-in is at 11 a.m., we can enjoy the pools until the end of the day! Definitely an experience to repeat!
