This was the best hotel experience I've had in a long time, the service and staff were incredible very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful we will be back to experience the rest of the amenities that the hotel has to offer,we had a full schedule to achieve and had limited time to get the full experience .

Their attention to detail was exquisite. The staff was warm kind and friendly I felt valued as a guests. The extra attention was of the chane I definitely would stay there again. There was nothing wrong to my observation.

Birthday Fun!
Booked a night to celebrate joint birthdays! Enjoyed a relaxing spa day and had dinner at the bar that evening. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Used to be the best
Not surprised about the slow service at the bar. It’s been that way for the past year. Took an hour to get dinner and had to remind them of food we ordered that they forgot so it was another 30 minutes.
Chairs at pool were moldy and towels were damp. Tons of ants around chairs and we were bit so many times we left the pool.
The duvet had blood marks on it and when it slipped off the duvet cover we noticed it.
Couldn’t get in the wet bar because the lock was stripped.
Other than that is was okay.

Classic Luxury
Gorgeous and classy hotel, with high end amenities and an impressive mini bar. Great location and close to the airport. Herons, the restaurant in the hotel, was a bonus as well. Food and presentation were superb! For a hotel of this caliber though, I was underwhelmed by the staff. My expectations were high given the price point etc. They didn’t seem as “polished” or friendly as one would expect. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay there again.
