Stayhere Casablanca - Gauthier 1 - Modern Residence

The location is great for walkable everywhere we wanted to go. The room has most of things that we needed. We felt that something can be improved is that the room cleaning person should make sure to fill up little things such as toilet paper, shower towels, and washing soap etc. other than that we are happy to staying.

Once we arrived there to get the apartment from their sister homestay, we found again only security there . He said nobody here and we don't have room, and we call the stay here standard phone complaint about that, after the manager to answer our call and hang up the phone . The lady in the standard phone said that the apartment has no towels that why they don't let you in .. how funny this .. After our complain, the assistant he run coming ,he thought we are Egyptian after he saw we are he getting frustrated, very talkative guy complaining about hygiene and laundry .. complaining about my region Moroccan Sahara said that poeple there are ****** .. ( unprofessional way to talk to guests).. Finally got in after long process and guess what we didn't got the towels till the other day at 19:00 ,after we asked twice from the RUDE manager that hang up the phone . Very rediciluce service and lack of hospitality professionalism ..treat us like nobody even we paid 120 Euros for 2 nights only not including breakfast and not including towels ...

Very nice place, comfortable and well located

The room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park. What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered. Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.
