The hotel location is good and the place is clean overall. However, the toilet bowl in the bathroom did not flush properly and still had stains remaining. I wonder if the housekeeping staff are performing their duties thoroughly. I hope the management will look into this matter to ensure better cleanliness.

A modern contemporary hotel close to the Casablanca Voyageurs Train Station. The hotel has now combined with Campanile to have sole check in. The desk service is slow and inconsistent. I arrived at 3pm but had to wait an hour to get my room. The housekeeping was mediocre and the room wasn’t cleaned nor towels changed. I asked for this to be done at reception but to no avail. I needed an iron and was provided a broken one a day later. In the end I got my shirts pressed by the local dry cleaner. The room was spacious with decent views. The breakfast was limited and the same each day. Not a true 4* hotel. By combining with Campanile to cut costs has had a negative effect on service.

There are total 4 of us staying in the Riad for 3 nights.
Myself and my boyfriend room is at the 2nd floor
2 of our friends are at the ground floor next to the “living” area.
The Riad is located near the Main Street and it is very easy to find and navigate. Great location !
Inside the Riad it is nicely decorated too.
1. The room is huge and nicely decorated , clean
2. Staffs are very friendly and with minimal charges they will get the clothes washed too
3. Heater works very well
4. The breakfast was nothing special usually it comes with eggs and multiple choices of local breads and sweets with coffee and tea
5. They are very accommodating to our friends’ request to change to another room too
Point to note :
The shower and toilet are combined so the floor get wet after each shower
Overall we had a great experience here and would recommend it to other travellers too.

Good location, clean and stylish new rooms. i would improve the service, and the breafast. Overall cleaning is good but towels are quite old and sometimes missing. So must go reception very far, cause the Phone of the room doesnt work its Just for display. Hehe
