Kyriad Residence Casablanca Centre Ville

The hotel was fine but I would have preferred one a little closer to things. There aren't many nice restaurants for foreigners in walking distance and the staff were a bit unhelpful (I asked them if it's possible to book me a taxi and they just said go to the street and hail my own ). The restaurant / bar service is a shambles but the actual dinner food ordered from the à la carte menu is good - we didn't try the buffet option

The room had a very bad smell and did not seem to have been cleaned properly. There was hair on the beds and nail clippings on the carpet, which was also dirty and smelly. The AC was not working, so the room was very hot and uncomfortable. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were extremely disappointing, and the stay was not comfortable at all.

The hotel location is good and the place is clean overall. However, the toilet bowl in the bathroom did not flush properly and still had stains remaining. I wonder if the housekeeping staff are performing their duties thoroughly. I hope the management will look into this matter to ensure better cleanliness. Attached the photo for your reference

Couldn’t slept cos it was so cold in the rooms and the AC was not working , the service not good at all.

I had a very pleasant stay at Kyriad Residence. The cleanliness and location are definitely the highlights—the room was spotless and it's perfectly situated for exploring Casablanca. The service and amenities were good and met my needs as a solo traveler. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice for a city stay.

A modern contemporary hotel close to the Casablanca Voyageurs Train Station. The hotel has now combined with Campanile to have sole check in. The desk service is slow and inconsistent. I arrived at 3pm but had to wait an hour to get my room. The housekeeping was mediocre and the room wasn’t cleaned nor towels changed. I asked for this to be done at reception but to no avail. I needed an iron and was provided a broken one a day later. In the end I got my shirts pressed by the local dry cleaner. The room was spacious with decent views. The breakfast was limited and the same each day. Not a true 4* hotel. By combining with Campanile to cut costs has had a negative effect on service.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and paid 2,135.12 DH, and honestly, the quality did not match the price at all. • Room amenities were extremely poor. They only provide one liquid soap for hair, body, and hands — no proper shampoo, no shower gel, nothing. • Cleanliness was disappointing. Under the bed was full of trash, and there were even ants in the room. • There was also a very bad smell in the room from the moment we entered. • The kitchenette had only one spoon, even though the room is supposed to be for two people. • The fridge wasn’t working at all, it didn’t cool anything. • I also don’t recommend their breakfast. For 70–80 DH, it’s really not worth it. You can get a much better breakfast in a nearby café for the same price.

Good price for luxury experience in Casablanca.
