MOLTO SODDISFATTI: abbiamo pernottato in questo hotel in mezza pensione. Tutto il personale è sempre stato disponibile, cordiale e preciso nel fornire informazioni turistiche. La colazione è stata buona ed abbondante, ottime le pietanze a cena. La camera silenziosa, pulita e confortevole con aria condizionata. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è stato veramente molto buono.

The hotel is average at best Room is very simple without water or anything The water in the shower wasn’t hot They didn’t change towels daily. They said it’s every other day! Breakfast was good but it starts at 8 am! With only one coffee machine that people wait at to get their coffee Most attractions aren’t nearby( castle, harbor, …etc)

Struttura obsoleta ma nel complesso con requisiti standard. Piscina non curata nella pulizia. Vasca idromassaggio non invitante. Colazione da bandire cappuccino. Posizione abbastanza centrale. Terme adiacenti da costi non sempre accessibili

Io e mia moglie siamo arrivati al Porto di Casamicciola il giorno 09 Sett. e appena sbarcati la navetta dell'Hotel era lì ad accoglierci. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni benissimo ,accolti molto bene hanno da subito preso a cuore il mio problema di cecità e hanno subito risolto problema camera. Struttura che ti offre tutto ,piscina,terrazze bellissime,maxi schermo,sauna,idromassaggio,palestra,se vuoi massaggi con extra,il personale è gentile e molto disponibile il cibo è ottimo e ben cucinato,ottima pulizia io lo consiglio Vivamente. Se proprio vorrei trovare qualcosa da migliorare darei una scelta maggiore per contorni e più varietà nel menù durante la settimana. CMQ OTTIMO senza dubbio.

Hotel in un ottima posizione,colazione ottima con dolce e salato camere pulite e ampie,piscin non molto grande ma bellissima terrazza con lettini e schermo gigante,personale gentilissimo,consigliato,vicino a bar e generi vari,parcheggio in strada fronte hotel

Tutto orrendo. Camera, personale, servizi. È stato praticamente una truffa. 120€ per una mezza pensione per una cena mai consumata. Mai visto una cosa del genere UNA TRUFFA TOTALE. Nemmeno le scuse da parte del gestore. Meritate di fallire.
