Disappointing Stay Despite a Promising Start – L’Escale Resort Marina & Spa, Seychelles. We stayed at L’Escale Resort over Easter, hoping to create special family memories. Upon arrival, the experience began on a positive note—check-in was smooth, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The resort itself has an elegant, modern design and initially gave off the impression of a true luxury getaway. We paid USD 8382 (plus 600 for extra bed) for 6 nights. However, things quickly took a turn once we entered our room. The lighting control panel was partially broken—only one of the three panels worked. Several lights didn’t function at all, and a power socket panel was damaged. While the rest of the room looked clean and comfortable, these maintenance issues were disappointing for a resort of this caliber. The following morning, we encountered more problems. Our key card suddenly stopped working after breakfast. We were told this might be because it had been near a phone, which seems like a weak excuse for what is likely a system issue. Overall, while L’Escale Resort looks beautiful and has the potential to be an excellent luxury destination, it’s let down by poor maintenance, weak systems, and extremely slow service. My trip at L'Escale Hotels was very nice, very amazing, and truly unforgettable. I really had a nice time, even though it was only for two days. The staff was very nice,the welcome was perfect with Harif,the room was on time, big thanks goes to Melissa she take good care with us during our stay our best roommate,and I really enjoyed the restaurant staff was verry nice specially Lisa and angelique she takes extreme care with us,special thanks goes to vicky so grateful for you,the person I can count on,i will recommend every staff was verry nice specially shana and kristine ,we'll truly come back again best vacation ever you're simply the best

Beautiful property, but the area is decrepit. The hotel closed the pool area on both days I was there, once for construction and once for a special event. No concern for paying guests.

Slow staff service , limited dinning options , and no direct beach access which is the main attraction for staring at any hotel or resort in Seychelles

Was nice but I had a request and it was not done. That was disappointing
