O serviço oferecido pelo Ibis em toda a sua rede é sempre excelente. No Ibis Cascavel não foi diferente. Ambiente limpo, funcionários atenciosos e um ótimo café da manhã. Um detalhe para melhoria da própria Trip.com e do serviço no geral seria deixar claro para o hotel "contratado" que a reserva já havia sido paga antecipadamente.

The Ibis hotel brand is pretty standard worldwide, providing a rather spartan environment that is typically clean, functional and perfect for a short stay. The Cascavel branch is typical, though it is almost more sterile than spartan: apart from the built-in cupboards the rooms contain no furniture other than a bed and a red plastic chair. The bathrooms are similarly spare – not even a plastic cup for a toothbrush. The rooms also lack a safe for valuables. However, the check in agent was very sweet and helpful, and basically advised me not to bother with the hotel ‘restaurant’, as all the meals just came frozen. A genuinely warm welcome like this is worth a lot in a chain hotel! The breakfast was standard for Brazil and I don’t quite follow why other guests found it unsatisfactory. There was an ample choice of fruits, cheeses, breads and hot dishes, even for me as a vegetarian. Everything was fresh and wholesome. Much nicer fare than Ibis in the London airports! Overall, I think the recently built Ibis Cascavel is decent value for money.

Estive por dois noites no hotel. De 06/07 para 07/07 e de 09/07 para 10/07. Em ambas estadias o atendimento foi de pouca cortesia. Na primeira estadia, internet não funcionava tão pouco o telefone do quarto. Ligava para a recepção pelo celular e não atendiam … na segunda estadia, nos colocaram num quarto para pessoas de necessidade especiais, o qual fica mais complicado para o uso, desde do assento da privada, passando por falta de bancadas e cama colada na parede. Os assessorias do chuveiro para as pessoas de necessidades estavam “desmontando” o que dificultou extremamente o banho. Faltava no quarto cobertas. Comentei na recepção sobre a minha solicitação de mudança para outro quarto. O atendente da noite do dia 09/07, disse que todos os quartos são padrão e que não era possível a mudança !! Mesmo eu sendo cliente platinum da ALL. O que ele disse, sabemos que foi uma enorme mentira sobre a padronização dos quartos. Uso o Ibis desde que chegou ao Brasil e o que ele disse é um verdadeiro absurdo ! Já estive no íbis de Cascavel outras vezes e o atendimento sempre é rude e ruim !!

Íbis é aquele hotel sem surpresas. Cumpre o que promete!! Passamos uma noite e levamos nossos dog’s! Como sugestão, já que tem taxa, poderiam disponibilizar tapetes higiênicos, fica a dica. Mas é bom pelo valor. Cama confortável, chuveiro e secador.
