Pretty unfriendly and irritable staff, besides two very nice women. Very small rooms that were kept very clean besides the strong smell of mold/ mildew and many good restaurants nearby. The key policy is stupid and is very unsafe if you are a solo traveler. Very little amenities provided and we even got charged for using their towels…? Also, a guest we were staying with was told her room was located at the end of the road, and was told to walk and go find it without any help from the workers or front desk!!!!! Not a great hotel, not very hospitable. Would not stay again.

The location is quiet despite being well located to the beach and restaurants. The centre of town and the marina is an easy five minute walk. The hotel is modern and beautifully decorated tastefully. Rooms are spacious with a beautiful bathroom. Staff are very pleasant and speak English. Breakfast is excellent. The price is very reasonable .

Honestly there are not enough words to express what we feel about this place. It started as a lovely little 3 night trip planned for myself, husband, son and daughter in law. As promised the hotel had arranged our transfers .. bang on time and perfect. The hotel looked like a true diamond in the rough - stunning in every way, relaxing, great location, spotlessly clean and fabulous breakfast. Friendly staff at both reception and at breakfast….. however then the drama started… On our second day our flight was cancelled and the earliest flight home meant we would have to stay 3 extra nights (shame). Unfortunately the hotel had no room for us, but they did have a new apartment (20 minute walk away) by the beach for a great price.. perfect we thought! Then the next day I was struck with food poisoning (not from the hotel I might add)… I was very unwell.. spent the rest of our time in the hotel in bed. But it was then time to move to the apartment (no way I could walk) so they arranged a member of staff to drive us and show us in to the apartment. The apartment was stunning 5*. I ended up spending the rest of the holiday in bed and then in hospital for 24 hours, but the service didn’t stop. The hotel knew I was unwell, kept in touch with my family ensuring the continued to enjoy themselves, asking how I was, offering assistance etc. I was discharged from hospital the evening before we left for home.. the hotel arranged a taxi from the apartment back into the town for me to enjoy my last night without having to walk. That’s not to mention the beautiful couple who lived beneath the apartment who arranged hospital taxi etc. I haven’t even mentioned just how beautiful the area is, at first glance a little rough around the edges but such charm and by night the most magical and romantic of places… the people are stunning in every way. I know this is a long winded review but I wanted to express the next level service, compassion and pure perfection that is this hotel and their staff.

We stayed in a large group and the hotel was very accommodating, they provided us with great suggestions for the area and helped us book a day at sea. They were having some issues with their AC, which they fixed very quickly. The only issue we had was with a mix up in the rooms, when we checked in. Another couple, who was not under our reservation, but with our group, took one of our rooms. There was a cost difference but the staff tried their best to find a solution for us.

Good accommodation and nice, clean and comfortable room. Exceptional 5-star breakfast, very abundant. The only negative thing was the very beautiful spa but at the same time the time is very short i.e. 1 hour, you don't have time to enjoy all 3 things there: sauna, emotional shower, tub with hydro massage and even time to drink the tea they offer.

I was thrilled, beyond my expectations. A 3 star that feels like a 4 star, made up of cleanliness, efficiency and professionalism. We used the Spa (really affordable price and equipped with a fabulous jacuzzi) and everything was perfect. We wanted to buy a bottle of wine, but the hotel brands didn't convince us so the girl let us take a wine we bought elsewhere to the spa (it seems trivial, but I really appreciated the gesture of not wanting to profit from it) . The staff is generally a little cold compared to southern standards, but truly professional and impeccable.

Clean and new hotel, competent and kind staff, super clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service in the swimming pool with hydromassage overlooking the sea, excellent breakfast, nothing to envy of a 4 star if there were the services that require it.
