The hotel is situated on a mountain which is beautiful. The city is terrible: too much traffic and the center is ugly. The reception of the hotel is gorgeous! Our room was big but the bed was uncomfortable, the cover was dirty: bloodstains :(. The bathroom was poor: the toilet seat was broken, no room to leave your stuff, it was not very clean. The locker didn’t work. The pool was too small because they use it as a public for local families. Difficult to find a sunbed. The food at the restaurant was good. The personnel were very friendly. Some people at the reception desk were very unwillingly to help. We were there for 4 nights but we were glad to leave. The hotel and the area are not worth visiting. It’s not near a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was ok. It was so hot outside. The pool was always packed, The hotel was about 10-15 minute walk from the train and bus station. It is a dangerous walk with kids on a very busy road and difficult to cross the streets. There is no where to eat or buy water etc that is very close by. The hotel would be fine if you have a car. There is a very nice lady at the restaurant and also a very kind man at the restaurant that shows you your choices for the next nights meal. The wifi barely worked.

beautifully situated on the mountain, dinner very good, ....but...breakfast without any variety, complex very neglected, has a morbid charm, very loud due to traffic noise, pool neglected and dirty, rooms in need of renovation, windows do not close properly,

…sono stata in questo Hotel dei Congressi a Castellammare di Stabia!!…con un gruppo di persone di un viaggio per l’avvento a Napoli!!…viaggio organizzato da un’agenzia della mia città!!…ho passato tre notti in questa struttura!!…abbiamo fatto il trattamento di mezza pensione!!…per cui cena e prima colazione!!…l’Hotel dei Congressi si trova veramente in una bella posizione!!…e in pochi minuti si possono raggiungere le più importanti località turistiche della regione!!…Capri!!…Napoli!!…Pompei!!…Ercolano!!…Sorrento!!…la Costiera Amalfitana!!…e tante altre!!…al quarto piano si trova una terrazza fantastica!!…e da qui si può ammirare lo spettacolare Golfo di Napoli!!…e tanto altro ancora!!…la mia camera e il bagno!!…erano in ordine e puliti!!…la cena è sempre stata molto buona!!…antipasto!!…primo!!…secondo e il dolce!!…con acqua e vino!!…super fantastico!!…con il maìtre e tutto il personale maschile professionale e gentile!!…non ho avuto assolutamente trattamento da gruppo!!…la colazione era fantastico!!…vasto assortimento di dolce e di salato!!…non mancava proprio niente!!…unica cosa negativo che posso dire!!…la mia camera aveva la vista sulla caldaia!!…per cui tubi e quant’altro!!…e mancava il bollitore!!…che dire!!…sicuramente Hotel dei Congressi a Castellammare di Stabia!!…è una buona sistemazione se si decide di visitare Napoli!!…e non stare proprio in città!!…ma a pochi chilometri!!…e in poco tempo si può raggiungere le località turistiche di notevole interesse!!…e sinceramente posso dire!!…che ci tornerei sicuramente di nuovo!!…senza alcun dubbio!!…qui all’Hotel dei Congressi!!…️⬆️‼️

Hotel è una buona struttura soprattutto luminosa, dotata di ogni comfort. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e gentile. La colazione veramente squisita con torte genuine e con dolci di vari tipi così come la cena con pietanze della migliore cucina partenopea. La mia stanza era pulita e ordinata con vista sul golfo e nello stesso tempo riservata e comoda. Consiglio a tutti di trascorrere una vacanza in questo hotel

Durante il nostro viaggio d'istruzione abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e, nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata positiva. Le camere erano pulite e ben tenute, la piscina curata e piacevole. Uno degli aspetti più apprezzati è stato lo spazio che ci è stato riservato: una stanza completamente a nostra disposizione dove potevamo stare insieme e divertirci in libertà, senza disturbare gli altri ospiti. Purtroppo, la nota dolente è stata il cibo. Dal primo piatto al dessert, la qualità lasciava molto a desiderare. Nel complesso, un soggiorno gradevole sotto molti aspetti, ma sicuramente il servizio ristorazione va migliorato

Un albergo 4 stelle al top Pulizia cortesia e professionalità impeccabili Staff ristorante 100 e lode ottima la qualità del cibo così come la professionalità nella gestione della sala Letti comodi pulizia curata Direttore e Staff della hall preparato attento e molto competente alle esigenze del cliente. Soprattutto gentilissimi a risolvere un problema creatosi per un ns. fraintendimento. Piscina piccola ma carina soprattutto in un ambiente relax Parcheggio 110 e lode
