Going to Castellana to visit the famous caves I booked this hotel that is located right 50 meters from the entrance. The hotel is nice, quiet and I liked it. If you need to visit the caves this hotel is surely the best choice.

We spent 2 days of relaxation. Very clean rooms and very kind staff with us and especially with our dog. Excellent restaurant... Abundant breakfast... Very comfortable bed and pillows... Everything impeccable... for five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at this hotel with a box set and the stay was beyond our expectations. Very large and spotless room, very kind and helpful girl at the reception, exceptional wellness area and spa with the possibility of using them exclusively. Excellent quality dinner in the adjacent restaurant. Varied and plentiful breakfast. Grotte di Castellana a stone's throw away and with a reduced ticket through the hotel.

We were guests of this structure for two days a week, with a smartbox package. We were a bit dubious about the treatment they would give us due to the fact that we went with the package. Instead it went very well. The room simple and spartan but clean. Really excellent dinner. Appetizer, main course, fruit and dessert. All exquisite. The breakfast good and varied. The SPA is small but the fact that it is booked only for the couple is priceless. You can really relax. Compliments. We will be back.

I was in this hotel for the second time thanks to a coupon purchased for a half-board stay + wellness program. Nothing to say about the wellness program, it wasn't the first time I've done it and I think it represents the flagship of the place. This is because the SPA is reserved for the couple alone for an entire hour, in order to be able to manage both times and spaces. The SPA includes a sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool and emotional showers, as well as a relaxation area with herbal teas. The SPA kit does not include slippers. The room, on the other hand, seen for the first time, seemed old to me, very unmodern. Very clean, warm and with all the comforts (TV, SkyHD, minibar with water available). The only drawback: the bidet had a problem with the drain, as the water did not go away quickly but remained in the bidet and drained very slowly. On dinner, for which I will leave a specific review, we used the Terre di Puglia restaurant, which I highly recommend. The only clarification: the coupon included 3 courses, but the restaurant served two. Overall very good experience. We would certainly go back for the wellness program but not for the hotel.

Hotel molto bello, stanze pulite e ottimo ristorante. Ho soggiornato per una sola notte con la mia famiglia (avevo un pacchetto wonderbox da utilizzare) e devo dire che non ho avuto alcuna difficoltà ad individuare insieme al receptionist la soluzione più adatta e conveniente per noi. La gentilezza del personale è estrema tanto che alla bambina( che non era prevista nel coupon)non hanno fatto pagare né la camera, né la colazione Sono piccoli dettagli,ma fanno la differenza Se dovessi ricapitare da quelle parti ritornerei sicuramente
