Farmhouse in the heart of Chiantishire at 3 kms minutes distance from the historical township of Castellina in Chianti. 23 kms from Siena and 37 kms from Florence. The villa is set at an altitude of 600 meters. We are surrounded by vineyards and oak woods a perfect place to run away from busy city life or to relax. The great location close to the most important art cities of Tuscany and close to the major streets of our land make our villa a perfect solution to discover Tuscany. The villa is suitable for 4 people and consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, multifunctional whirpool shower, and a large kitchen with all the comforts. From one of the two rooms can be accessed the great terrace with porch from which is possible to arrive on the ample garden with sight on the hills of Chianti and on the valley of the Chantishire. The ample garden (1 hectare - 100 ares) is protected by a 2 meters high fence. It gives a real and fully privacy to our guests.
