It was the best experience in South Tyrol, beautiful hotel, staff, service!!! My family and I had a wonderful 4 days in this beautiful place, we liked absolutely everything, the food (breakfast and dinner) was fantastic, I would like to highlight the very delicious sweets at lunchtime (especially the strudel), also a very convenient private transfer directly to the ski lift and back. We will definitely come back here!

Excellent hotel overlooking the pretty town of Kastelruth. Spacious rooms and Spa second to none. Photos online don’t do it justice. The owners, always present at meal times, were kind, polite, and clearly very hands on in the running of the hotel which results in a faultless efficient structure.

Just few key points to describe the experience : - one of the best value for money - relaxing and calm - super nice and available staff - food, food and… food ! A gem of the hotel is the spa : you have indoor and outdoor swimming pool as well as an outdoor super warm jacuzzi, with the view over Castelrotto . It fits either for couples or for families with children of all ages. The bus service offered by the hotel every 30min in the morning and in the afternoon (from 14h30) is perfect for skier as well as hiker to want to enjoy the snow and the mountain during the day. If you want to relax and disconnect from the everyday life and you are in between to choices, this hotel and the seiser alm is the perfect choice! ——-————-————-————-————-————-————-—— Sono necessarie solo poche parole per descrivere l'esperienza: - rapporto qualità-prezzo - rilassante, calmo e pulizia - personale super gentile e disponibile - cibo, cibo e... ancora cibo! Una chicca dell'hotel è il centro benessere: una piscina interna ed esterna e una idromassaggio all'aperto (con acqua super calda) con vista su Castelrotto. É una location adatta sia per coppie sia per famiglie con bambini di tutte le età. La navetta dell’hotel (servizio incluso) ogni 30 minuti al mattino e al pomeriggio (dalle 14:30) è perfetto per gli sciatori ed i camminatori che vogliono godersi la neve e la montagna durante il giorno. Se vuoi rilassarti e staccare dalla vita di tutti i giorni e sei indeciso, questo hotel e l'Alpe di Siusi è la scelta perfetta!

We arrived on a hot day in June an hour early to book in - no problem. We were given a tour of the hotel and shown to our room. It was beautiful with views over the mountains as we had requested. The food in the hotel was excellent with a very good breakfast and dinner, half board also included cakes in the afternoon. There was an indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool and a swimming pond. There was an underground garage for our motorcycle at no extra charge. The staff were friendly and helpful, even translating the menu each day without being asked. A very good hotel that we would be happy to return to.
