The location of the hotel is great. In summer, there is a whole green grassland with a very good view. In winter, there is a comprehensive snow scene. After all, it is a famous ski resort.
The front desk, bar, restaurant and room service staff are all very polite, courteous and make you feel comfortable.

I decided to go to the Dolomites on this trip.

Best of the best in all aspects, location, comfort, service top level. Skiing experience on a different level. Directly ski in and out, Gianni at ski service absolutely amazing, front desk very friendly and professional. We will be back again.

It was our second stay in Como Alpina Dolomites and the experience was even better. The hotel is fantastic, they are very accommodating, and they have made our skiing trips fantastic. We have booked again for next year. Thank you and we look forward to seeing them all again next year.

This is an exceptional hotel . The facilities are superb , positioned on the slopes with excellent restaurants . But most of all the people are warm , friendly , approachable and nothing is too much trouble. They genuinely seem to be enjoying themselves too whilst taking care of their guests.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. We went during the shoulder season but the service and amenities were maintained at a very high level. Food was excellent. Great location and a welcoming place to relax after some hard hikes. We hired Alex to help guide us on a mountain e-bike tour. So much fun! Highly recommend.

If this is your first time visiting this hotel, you will love it. Beautiful hotel, delicious food and extremely attentive and friendly staff. We've been coming to this hotel in the Fall for the last few years and it has always been a Heaven on Earth experience for us. Under the new ownership, many things have changed and we miss the hotel we knew and loved. The new decor is pretty over the top with blue hues and the dining experience felt not as welcoming and warm. No table linens and less food choices for both breakfast and dinner but still adequate. We still had a good experience, just not the experience we were used to. The rooms are great and remain mostly unchanged. We were bummed to see they got rid of the lit up birch tree wall in the bathrooms but the rest of the room was beautiful and the addition of the complimentary mini bar was a bonus. All in all, we had a wonderful time but miss the decor and ambience before the renovation. The front desk staff, wait staff, valet and other staff were top notch, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
