The hotel is perfectly located, right by the trails, surrounded by meadows with freshly cut hay. The food was very good; I especially recommend the pistachio croissants for breakfast (unfortunately, they weren't available every day). Our waitress, Vivien, could be a role model for everyone else—attentive, friendly, with everything served at the perfect timing. A great advantage of the hotel, especially during the hot summer months, is the outdoor pool. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around it. Highly recommended.

Questo accogliente hotel situato in una posizione straordinaria regala panorami mozzafiato che catturano l'anima.La colazione è stata un vero trionfo : varia, ricca e deliziosa. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla cameriera bionda ( Caterina) la cui professionalità, solarita' e gentilezza hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Ci vediamo presto non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Conosciamo e frequentiamo l’hotel Floralpina da diversi anni sia d’inverno sia d’estate e ogni volta rimaniamo incantati dalla sua splendida posizione, incastonato dalle montagne e dai prati, ora perfettamente innevati. Unico rilievo che vogliamo fare riguarda la mancanza di un Maitre di sala. Qualche anno fa c’era Cosimo: premuroso, professionale, capace di organizzare il buffet ed il servizio ai tavoli così da soddisfare le esigenze dei Clienti. Ora non c’è nessun Maitre ma solo camerieri che si arrabattano in qualche modo per la sala. Una vera mancanza che purtroppo si sente!

Location bellissima incastonata in un contesto naturale splendido. Camere spaziose, dotate di un bel balcone con sdraio .Letti comodi , pulizia impeccabile. Cucina con prelibatezze per ogni palato, anche i più esigenti. Il giorno di ferragosto hanno organizzato un aperitivo in terrazza con ottimi antipasti e vini; per non parlare poi della cena squisita con buffet di ogni genere e primi, secondi e dolci serviti al tavolo. Possibilità gratuite di escursioni in loco. Le due piscine sia quella interna che quella esterna sono davvero splendide super curate...con possibilità di idromassaggio. Il personale sia della reception che della sala sempre gentile e premuroso, come anche l'efficienza delle addette alle pulizie delle camere. Super consigliato!!! Spero di tornare molto presto!

Sono stato con mia moglie una settimana,hotel bello ma............................il personale di sala va cambiato,solo personale che a malapena parla inglese e niente italiano,un cliente che non parla inglese come fà?Ciò che è accaduto a me,ho chiesto una forchetta mi hanno portato il pane,al bar c'è uno che parla italiano e se uno non vuol parlare non deve per forza avere un dialogo,morale ho bevuto il peggior spritz d'italia,si sarà risentito perchè ho rifiutato garbatamente il suo approccio,tutte le sere le solite tartine che mi è sorto il dubbio che erano quelle della sera prima,il mangiaree e il buffet insalate e dolci veramente ottimi,complimenti alla cucina,comunque dove mi giravo nelle parti comuni o ai piani sentivo solo lingue che non erano in inglese,o tedesco o italiano.Questo hotel è in Italia o in un paese straniero???

Waren zum 13. Mal im Floralpina. Es erfüllt für uns alle Wünsche: top Lage zum Skifahren ( Ski in and out), vom Balkon ein gigantisches Panorama, sehr köstliches Essen (Frühstück und Diner) und einen sehr großen SPA (warmer und größer Außenpolitik!). Wir fühlen uns dort immer sehr wohl!

Prezzi esorbitanti e tempi di attesa infiniti, pur con poca gente da servire, mi sono fermato per pranzo durante una sciata.... Cucina senza cura e prezzi alti non giustificati... Il fatto di essere in un posto così bello come l'alpe di siusi non giustifica i prezzi.
