Great location and extremely friendly staff! The room was clean and spacious. It’s close to all the major shops, restaurants, and bars. 10-15 minutes walk from the Cardiff Castle. It is close to the Cardiff University area and about twenty minutes walk to Mermaid Quay. Would stay again.

It’s not hot in the afternoon so that u can’t stay there until the sunset.

Blood stains in bed they moved me to different room but rooms are not good

Only issue was I couldn't see out the windows

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to Cardiff Railway Station and the downtown commercial street. It is also very close to the castle, only a ten-minute walk away. The family room is quite large and the bathroom is not small. However, after staying for two days, no one cleaned up, the trash can was not emptied, and the service was average.

The room had no windows that could be opened and was very stuffy. There is only one fan. And the windows are all covered with privacy films. Can't see outside at all. It was supposed to be very beautiful outside. The stay was very depressing.

The room is large and suitable for two people to live in. The scenery outside the house is very down-to-earth.
