We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Nice, clean hotel, convenient location with a view of the lake. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, kettle. Breakfast is included. You can rent a bike, which we did. The hotel also offers organized tours to Lanha Bay.

I spent one night here, very friendly and welcoming staff, ready to help with any question, within reason. Delicious breakfast. Clean room, working equipment, good WiFi, normal bathroom, excellent view from the window. There was one minus, I put my suitcase under the dressing table with a mirror and there it was attacked by a swarm of very small ants, AXE solved the problem instantly, I did not put my suitcase there again and did not see any ants, and in general I looked under this table, I did not understand where they attacked it from.

From booking this hotel you receive a message from Jenny, the hostess regarding the booking, and if you need any help, she’s only a phone call away. This ensures you that you are in good hands and that you together will make the stay worth it for both parts. I wanted to go to Viet Hai village, she organized a taxi picking me up and tacking me to port. Since the local ferries does not take foreigners anymore you have to take a private boat which is a little bit expensive, but the taxi driver that the hotel knew organized it. Second day I also rented motorbikes from the hotel, it was an absolute great experience seeing the island from that perspective. All and all a very nice get away, with some good restaurant recommendations! Already planned my coming trip to cat ba in 5 weeks - then I will definitely stay here!

Great hotel with an unbeatable location, friendly staff, and spotless rooms. The service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay!!!!! We’re so happy that we found this place.

The hotel is right in the center. The family hotel is very clean. The receptionist speaks very good English. He gave me a lot of quality tour information. I should buy a tour here. The rooftop has a very nice view. Overlooking the lake. Especially the breakfast is very delicious.

"Absolutely 5-star service with only 1-star paid! Bao Phuc Hotel in Cat Ba exceeded all expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and make our stay enjoyable. We were amazed by the level of service for such a great value – it felt like a luxury experience at a budget price! Highly recommend Bao Phuc Hotel to anyone visiting Cat Ba. Can't wait to return!"

Great value and reasonably priced. Clean rooms. Good view of the lake and the surrounding cliffs. Just next to a very nice restaurant and bar. Nice and friendly staff. They helped us with organizing an airport transport. Highly recommended!
