Review for View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions.
The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me.
Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

Just a wonderful place, new hotel, great view! We had a room with one window directly on the cliff, and the other window with a view of the water and ships!!! The room has everything you need, even a safe! Billiards in the lobby. Breakfasts are excellent, hearty. On the fifth floor there is an exit to the roof with a relaxation area, tables and soft pillows, you can sit, eat, chat! The service is excellent, everyone is polite and cultured! 👍 I recommend!!!!

1. The hotel is located 20 minutes' walk from the central embankment, to get to the center you first need to go up the hill, and then down. If there is a continuous construction site on the central embankment, then near the hotel it is quiet and calm. The hotel also has a great view of the bay.
2. The hotel offers excursions, tickets for buses and limousines, you can eat and admire the scenery on the top floor. You can give your clothes to be washed. Motorbike rental is offered.
3. The price of the rooms is very attractive, in the center for such a room with a view of the construction site they will charge you twice as much. The price of the room includes a simple breakfast.
As a result: in 2025 this is one of the best options in Cat Ba in its price category.

Very well located!! Facing the sea. 2 min walk from boat excursions. The food is ok (to help out) the boys are very nice and do not hesitate to advise you 👌

Not far from the port where you can go island hopping. Very nice and friendly hosts. Good view from the top floor where there is a viewing platform and tables for tea, coffee and beer. Regular room. For the money it's ok.
