Every thing about the hotel was very good, the only bad thing is that I was given the wrong room, as I paid more money especially for a big room, (but got a very small one). My advice for guests, would be to choose the cheapest room when booking, just so you do not get disappointed when you see it.

This hotel was clean with enough space and affordable. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel and breakfast is delicious. The only problem is the lack of sound proof. I woke up in the middle of the night many times when the visitor staying in the opposite room opened and shut their door. I was also able to hear them puking, talking, etc. The walls and doors are too thin so sleeping was difficult for the entire week. Other than that, it was a decent stay.

Very nice staff who are ready to help. I enjoyed staying there and will recommend to friends and families. Queries are dealt with there and then. Wonderful people and a good place to lodge. A little bit of noice from the contractors but, stopped immediately when I complained. Thanks 🤗🤗

I consider it grossly unfair that the £10 charge for parking was not clearer during the booking process.
There is NO alternative parking available nearby.
For many years, parking was free for residents and guests.
In order to meet friend with free parking, we had to walk to the Colonaids coffee shop.
Durring the three nights stay, non of the tea and milk supplies were replenished.
Although three bottles of water were in the room, there was no indication if they were free or charged.
This will Not be my Hotel of choice in the future.

Suppose upu can say you get what you pay for. Found the car park charges as a total rip off. Needs dusting and cobwebs removal.
