This is my go-to hotel whenever I am in Isabela. Gusto ko yung food and mga tao dito. Mababait. Para mo lang sila kabarkada. Also, maganda yung gym. If andito ka for business, then gusto mo magrest, perfect dito kasi tahimik at may mga spots sila na maganda tambayan. May coffee bean and tea leaf din pala sila at convenience store. Yung restaurant Chinese food sineserve nila and it is a must try.

Love how the hotel is very accessible to everything you need. You really don’t need to go out since it’s all there. The sheets, the bed, the AC - topnotch. Make sure to book at least the Superior Room because these are the rooms under their New Building. Satisfied 5/5.

What you can see from the pictures here are old photos. According to their front desk, these photos are 15 years old already. The hotel already expanded. They have a new building which is very modern comparable to hotels in major cities in the Philippines. What I like about this hotel is its LOCATION. It is really at the city center. Literally, few minutes away from SM, walking distance to the nearby church, and you can have an easy access to all establishments like banks and everything. They also have Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf inside the hotel. They have a pool, restaurant, gym. The food at their restaurant is 100% LEGIT Chinese Food - must try their Hainanese Chicken and their Beef Wanton Noodle Soup. Definitely, will go back here and highly recommend this. Oh, I almost forgot, they have accommodating and friendly staff. Til next time.

We stayed at Hotel Andrea, not expecting much since it’s a 3-star hotel. They only provide one key card, so the aircon turns off when you leave. Because of this, the room sometimes picks up a smell from the restroom, though it clears with the exhaust fan. The aircon also takes a few minutes to start, so it’s best to request an extra key card to keep the room cool. The room feels newly renovated, the size is fair for the price, and breakfast is served plated within 5–10 minutes. The property has a third-party convenience store, a spa, and a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf on the ground floor, plus a mini-mart across the street. Parking is available, but it can be tight if there's an event in their multifunction hall. They gave us a free one-hour checkout extension, with additional hours charged, which was fine since it saved us from waiting elsewhere before our flight. Overall, Hotel Andrea is a good budget option if you just need a simple place to stay. We rated it 4 out of 5 stars, deducting one star for the restroom smell and the slow aircon start.

Service is horrible. Especially the manager in the Chinese restaurant- RUDE and uneducated without manners. Hotel has no class cheap management. Imagine booking their junior suite- and since we’re the only ones on the floor- no lights on the hallway. You come home tired at 11pm without water in the bathroom, oh very minimal water in the faucet to brush your teeth with too much struggle. And if you want to unwind atleast in their lobby even just for a glass of water to sit and relax for 5 min. they will shut off the lights even if you cant find your way to the elevator at 10pm cause the owner says so. CHEAP! Very dormitory feels.

Whether travelling for leisure or business purposes, this Hotel offers luxury and comfort. They have outstanding customer service - all staff are friendly and approachable. They have facilities like a swimming pool, gym and even a conference room. No need to go out should you need caffeine fix - they have in-store "the coffee bean and tea leaf. The lobby boasts an eye catching chandelier especially at night. The rooms were spacious, clean and definitely worth the penny you're paying. Your comfort is their best interest. :)

Checked in for an overnight stay at Hotel Andrea. The room given to me was at the mezzanine floor and the room size was too small even for a single person. Small room and the only window is facing a wall. Poor service by the hotel staff. Requested that my bill be transferred to our other room since I was checking out a day earlier than my colleague and was surprised to know that it can’t be done since they need to check out the room that I’m using. What? This is the first time that I have experience it. Also, breakfast serving size is a bit small. Good thing that there’s a Coffee Bean outlet where you can get a much delicious coffee. Only saving grace for this hotel is the food in the restaurant when you take your lunch or dinner. Otherwise, there’s a much better hotel for you to stay while in Cauayan, Isabela.

Stayed here for 2 nights and i must say that there are a couple of hotels in Cauayan that are better than The Hotel Andrea. We were given a Superior Queen room located at their Mezzanine. It was clean but had a foul smell coming from the bathroom - must be the drainage. No room slippers, no refrigerator, and toiletries such as tissue, toothbrush and soap are only good for 1. I did ask for additional towel, but it comes with a price. In terms of staff, they need training - especially the front desk. Security guard and housekeeping are polite and courteous. However, people at front desk/reception are the complete opposite. Requested for housekeeping in the morning and room was still untidy when I got back in the afternoon. Called reception via in-room phone at night and they did not answer my call. To smile was not also in their dictionary, rather it was to sit throughout their shift. Breakfast only has two options but was tasty nonetheless. Overall, the hotel has potential but lacks proper training and warmth.

One of the WORST accommodation. Accidentally left my 2 gold rings in the room while we requested for “make up room” service. When we got back, 1 of my rings is missing. Reported to front desk and got no resolution at all. No update till this date

Poor Service! Staffs are not well trained from receptionist to restaurant! Food taste is poor! Complimentary breakfast has two choices, Daing na bangus and longanisa only. Nakakaumay. They should offer atleast other choices! Room is not spacious
