The place smelled terribly. There were dust bunnies all over the floor. Nobody is there until 5 pm so do not show up early.

Air con and small pool lovely to have in hot weather. The rooms are in a new building across the road- very clean and newly refurbished. The old building has a beautiful terrace for breakfast and service is friendly. Breakfast is croissant, fruit and yoghurt and is good. Most of all if you plan to stay on a Monday night- everything is closed apart from the hotel restaurant, and the local cafe bar la grande Fontaine. - definitely book as we didn’t, and were lucky to be given a table inside. I loved the village, quiet and authentic. Would recommend

Friendly staff. Not very attentive at breakfast. Tiny, over crowded pool. WIFI….don’t bother. Room was a squeeze for 2. Bring your own water because the stated free bottle doesn’t exist. Over priced.

Hotel located in a very pleasant little village. Correct room. Missing some accessories such as a shower curtain and a cup for brushing your teeth. Quality breakfast. Good romantic stay and fair price. Near Carcassonne and the Cabrespine chasm

Ravi Les chambres sont toutes bien équipées. Nous avions deux chambres pour 6 personnes qui etait encore mieux que les photos du site. La literie est confortable Le Petit déjeuner continental très sympa

Magnifique petit hôtel au calme absolu avec vue sur les collines avoisinantes. Soirée avec la fraîcheur de la campagne qui fait tellement du bien pour se ressourcer. Belle petite piscine joliment entretenue. Literie 5 étoiles. Accueil aux petits soins quelle gentillesse. Au cœur du Minervois et du village de Caunes en Minervois. Nuits étoilées si rares dans nos villes. Un séjour dépaysant et ressourçant. Une super restaurant avec le fameux cassoulet minervois que j'ai pris en version végétarienne et quel délice vraiment cela vaut tous les cassoulets de la cité à proximité ;) un accueil d'une gentillesse absolue bref à recommander les yeux fermés merci beaucoup pour votre accueil

Non è un vero e proprio hotel come da concetto classico. La struttura è gestita dagli stressi proprietari dell'omonimo ristorante a pocchi passi. Si trova in un piccolo paesino con una bellissima Abbazia visitabile al centro del paese.. L'edifico è stato ristrutturato di recente. Le camere (almeno quella che è stata a noi assegnata al piano terra) abbastanza piccolina. La piscina piccolina. La colazione 10€ a persona presso il ristorante, onestamente un po cara anche se i prordotti erano freschi

Très bon hôtel. D'abord l'accueil était parfait. Ensuite l'hôtel est très beau. La chambre est bien décorée. Le lit est confortable. L'hôtel est idéalement placé, dans la nature. Je vous recommande de vous arrêter ici si vous faites étape dans la région. Vous y serez bien accueillis.
