Nice experience, good view to the lake great reception and a big cabin with lots of room, beds were comfortable and clean tho there was a lot of wind.the pool was out of service and the wind disturbed me a lot. furnace was hot so it heated the room well.

We stayed at the Hotel & Apartments Monte Verde for 3 nights and so wished we had booked for more. The room was spacious, grand, spotless and had the most magnificent view over lake Villarrica. The staff were so lovely and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel and gardens were lovingly cared for. All the little extras so made it special; wine glasses and bottle opener in our room, board games down in the sitting room, books to borrow/swap. Beautiful settings and views for hidden outdoor seating areas. It so exceeded any other accommodation we had in Chile.

quiet and comfortable. Rooms were very neat and clean service was very prompt breakfast choices were good facility was on the highway. you need to follow gps to get correct directions the mountain view was excellent

Lugar maravilloso. Estuvimos en Cabaña Rupanco, todo muy limpio y con calefacción además de la estufa Bosca. Usamos la piscina temperada que es al aire libre y se reserva para una hora de uso sin costo adicional. Cocina bien equipada y parrilla para asados. Atención de primer nivel. 100% recomendable.

Nos quedamos 4 días en la tiny house, y nos encantó, un lugar con hermosa vista, buen concepto de espacio reducido y bien aprovechado, bien mantenido, limpio, muy cómodo, cercano a pucon, lugar muy tranquilo donde puede relajarte con el canto de los pájaros, recomendable 1000%, volveremos de todas maneras.

Estuvimos en tiny house con mi pareja, cabaña equipada con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda, esta hecha para 4 personas pero es mas para una pareja. El lugar es muy bonito, tiene buen estacionamiento y buen acceso.

O lugar é lindo e a vista deslumbrante. Mas o atendimento é horroroso. A recepcionista é mal-educada, cara de poucos amigos e sem paciência. Além disso, o aquecimento não funciona bem. Demoraram horas para resolver o aquecimento e, durante o banho, a água ficou congelante. Por fim, não há arrumação de quarto.
